SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
LORISITY ships original artworks from Israel to selected destinations worldwide. Shipping is currently available only to the countries and regions offered at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is included in the price of all original artworks unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Each original artwork is carefully prepared and securely packed for shipment. As artworks vary in size, framing and destination, delivery times may vary. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the artwork price and are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Original artworks are carefully packed for safe transport and may be shipped with insurance where appropriate. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at kareen.kalush@gmail.com and keep all original packaging. Please include photographs of the artwork, the packaging and any visible damage so we can assist you and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier or insurer.
